Drashti Hr Consulting Private Limited is based in a small place called Thava in the Valiya Taluka. We operate out of a space that is care of Ranjanben Chhitubhai Vasava. It’s a very local setup, far from the big city lights. Here in Thava, life moves at a different speed. We do our HR consulting work from a simple office that doesn't have any of those modern glass partitions or high-tech gadgets. It’s mostly just us, our desks, and our phones. We talk to people from the nearby areas who are looking for work or businesses that need a bit of help with their people. It’s a very direct way of working. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone with fancy presentations. We just sit down and see what needs to be done. The weather can be quite tough in this part of the country, so we just do our best to stay cool and get through the day. The office is part of the community here, and everyone knows everyone else.
