Bombay Chopati Ice Cream

Our shop is located in the Swagat Complex in Kadodara. We are right near the bus dipo and the Nagar Palika, so there are always people moving around. It’s a busy corner of the building. We get a lot of travelers who are waiting for their bus and want something cold to eat. The shop is small and can get a bit cramped when a big group comes in. We have a few different freezers for the various types of ice cream we keep. It’s not a fancy place with decorations. We just have the essentials. I spend most of my day standing behind the glass, serving scoops or handing out pre-packed bars. The noise from the bus station is something you get used to after a while. We stay open pretty late because that's when the buses are most active. Cleaning the floors happens every night after we close the shutters. It’s a straightforward business. We don't have a website or anything, just the physical shop here in the complex. People know us by word of mouth mostly. We keep the prices written on a board so everyone knows what’s what. It’s just a regular local business trying to stay busy and keep the customers coming back when they pass through Kadodara. We hope the freezer keeps working well in this heat because that is our whole life here.
