Navayuga Engineering Co.Ltd has a spot down in Tanuku, Andhra Pradesh. We are located near the B.C. Hostel on Iragavaram Road, at D.No: 2-11-8. It’s a quiet area for the most part, though things pick up when the school kids are around. Tanuku is a small town, so everyone kind of knows each other. Our office is where T.V. Surendra and the rest of the team manage the local engineering tasks. It’s a simple building, nothing too modern or flashy. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the heat and making sure our projects are on track. We don't have those big boardrooms you see in movies. Most of our discussions happen over a quick lunch or while standing around the desk looking at some plans. We try to keep things moving as best as we can. The pace of life here is a bit slower than the big cities, but the work is just as important. We handle the paperwork, talk to the crews, and make sure everything is sorted out. It’s a very hands-on way of doing things. We aren't big on fancy titles or complicated procedures. We just do the work that’s in front of us and try to stay organized. It’s a regular office with regular people trying to do a good job every day in our little corner of the state.
