L. N. R. Industries

L. N. R. Industries sits over at Plot No: 10 in the Industrial Estates area of Tetali. It’s an industrial zone, so it's always got that hum of machinery and trucks moving around. We’ve been working from this plot for quite some time now. The building is sturdy and does the job, even if it’s seen better days. We do a lot of metal work and putting things together here. It gets hot in the afternoons, but we have some fans that help. Most of the guys here have been with us for years. We know each other’s families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s a hardworking place. You won’t find any fancy carpets or glass walls in our office. It’s mostly concrete and metal. We keep our inventory stacked towards the back. Sometimes the gate squeaks when it opens, we keep meaning to oil it. Dealing with parts and shipping takes up most of our time. It’s honest work. We don't make big promises, we just try to get the orders out on time. Tetali is a good spot for us because the roads are wide enough for the lorries. If you come by, you’ll likely hear the sound of tools clanking. That’s just the sound of us working. We don't mind the noise much anymore. It’s just how things are at Plot 10. We have an old stray dog that hangs around the gate sometimes. We call him Blue. He doesn't do much but sleep in the shade. It’s little things like that that make working here okay.
