Our school is right in Sajjapuram, Tanuku, and it’s been a part of the neighborhood for quite some time now. If you walk down the main road, you can't miss the building. It’s a typical local school with kids running around in the morning and afternoon hours. We have the usual classrooms and a small area where students can play during their breaks. The building isn't huge, but we make use of all the space we have. Most of the families living around Tanuku send their kids here, so there is a real local feel to the place. You’ll hear the bell ringing every few hours and the sound of lessons going on if you’re passing by. The teachers here have been around for years and they know most of the parents by name. It’s just a plain, honest school where the main focus is getting the kids through their classes and exams. We don't have any big fancy facilities, just the basics like wooden benches, blackboards, and some old books. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the primary kids are out for recess, but that’s just how schools are. We try to keep the place tidy, though with so many children, there's always something that needs fixing or cleaning. It’s a steady place that serves the families in Sajjapuram day in and day out. We just keep our heads down and do the work of looking after the students. It’s been our way for years and we don't see that changing.
