Devi Sea Foods Ltd.

Our place is right off N.H 5 on Peravali Road in Tanuku. If you know West Godavari, you know it's a busy stretch of road. Devi Sea Foods Ltd. is basically where we spend all our time. It’s a lot of floor space and cooling units. Some mornings start really early, before the sun is even up, because that’s when the deliveries arrive. We have a lot of people from the local area working here. It gets loud inside with the machinery running, and you have to speak up to be heard. We aren't trying to be some high-tech startup, just a place that handles food properly. Sometimes the machines act up or the power flickers, and we have to scramble. That’s just life in a factory setting. Most of us have boots on and are moving around all day. It’s not the kind of job where you sit down much. We deal with a lot of volume, so there is always something to clean or a box to move. The office is small and tucked away in a corner, mostly used for the boring stuff like billing. We've been part of this community for a bit now. People know us by the trucks coming in and out. It’s steady work and it keeps us busy. Not much more to it than that.
