Adarsh Construction & Earth Movers Ltd.

Down in Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar, we’ve been running Adarsh Construction & Earth Movers Ltd. for some time. It's a local business through and through. We handle a mix of construction tasks and earth moving. Some days we are pouring concrete, and other days we are just moving piles of dirt from one side of a lot to the other. Our office isn't anything special to look at, but it gets the job done. We have a small crew of workers who live nearby, which helps when we have an early start. Construction is a tough way to make a living, but we’ve gotten used to the long hours and the noise. People in Tanda know who we are, so we don't need to put up big billboards. We just do the work and move on to the next one. We’ve seen this area change a lot lately, with more houses going up. It keeps us busy. Sometimes we have issues with the equipment breaking down, which is always a headache, but we fix it and keep going. We aren't a huge corporation with fancy suits. We’re just guys in boots trying to get the foundation ready or the walls up. We take things one day at a time and try to stay out of the way of the rain when we can. It's a bit dusty and the work is hard, but that's life in Tanda for us.
