Industrial Hardware Store

The Industrial Hardware Store is in Manjusree village, which is part of the Purba Midnapur district. Our location is under the Durgachak police station area. It’s a very local spot and not somewhere you’d find a lot of outsiders. We sell all the basics that the local industries and farmers might need. This includes things like hammers, nails, thick ropes, and various types of wrenches. The shop itself is a bit cluttered because we try to fit as much stock as possible into the space we have. You’ll find boxes stacked on top of each other and tools hanging from hooks on the walls. There’s a layer of dust on some of the higher shelves because the road outside isn't paved very well. We don't have a computer system to check our inventory. We just look on the shelf or remember where we put it last. Customers usually come in knowing exactly what they need, and we spend a bit of time chatting while we look for the right size of bolt or nut. It’s a slow-paced environment compared to the big city stores. We open up in the morning and stay until the sun goes down. Sometimes we sit outside on a bench when there aren't any customers around. It’s just a simple hardware store serving the people who live and work in the Basudevpur area. We don't try to be anything more than that.
