Most days here in Bamunara start pretty early. You can hear the village waking up before the sun is even fully out. We are tucked away in Kasba, near Ashutia Bar in the Purba Medinipur district. It is a quiet spot, but we stay busy enough with the work Inductotherm India Pvt Ltd handles. Mr. Pravat Kr Das helps keep things running around here. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place where we get the job done. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and talk for a bit until it comes back on. It is a long way from the big cities, which suits us just fine. We have our routine. People come and go, checking on things. The roads around here can get a bit muddy when the rain starts, especially around the village area. We just deal with it as it comes. There is always some paperwork to sort or a phone call that needs answering. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us here in this part of Bengal. Most of the people working here live close by, so we all know each other’s families and what is going on in the neighborhood. It makes the day go by faster when you are working with folks you’ve known for years. We just keep our heads down and do what we need to do. It’s a simple life but it keeps us moving.
