Dodsal Private Limited, Mumbai.

Even though the name on the door says Dodsal Private Limited, Mumbai, we are actually located way out in Village Nischinta Basan in the Tamluk area of West Bengal. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where the work is currently happening for us. The office is set up near P.O. Tamluk in the Purba Medinipur district. It’s a very different environment than the big city, surrounded by a lot more green and a lot less concrete. We focus on the practical side of our projects here, making sure the local operations are running without too many hiccups. The days are usually filled with checking on progress at the site and making sure the supplies have arrived on time. Sometimes the electricity goes out or the internet is slow, but we just work around it like everyone else in the village does. It’s a simple setup we have, with a few desks and a lot of maps and charts pinned to the walls. We don't really bother with being fancy because that doesn't help get the work finished. The people in the village know us as the guys who are always busy with the construction and engineering stuff. It’s a quiet life in some ways, but there is always something that needs fixing or a report that needs to be sent back to the main office for approval.
