Rajeev & Associates Tristar Homes.

We are Rajeev and his team, working out of the Gnanamoorthy area in Chennai. We focus on homes and getting things set up for people looking to live in this part of the city. Our office isn’t anything special, just a place where we sit down and talk through what people need without any pressure. Chennai is a big, humid city, and we spend a lot of our time out and about looking at different properties and making sure things are moving along correctly. We don't have a big corporate structure or a bunch of executives in fancy cars. It’s just a few of us who have been doing this for a while and know the local market. Sometimes the paperwork for these homes takes longer than we’d like, but that’s just how things go with the local offices. We don't use a lot of fancy words or try to sell people on things they don't really need. We just show them what’s available and help them through the process as best we can. Most of our work comes from people telling their friends or family about us. Big billboards or TV ads aren't how we get the word out. We just try to be honest about what we can do for our neighbors. It’s a lot of walking and talking and making phone calls all day long. The office can be a bit loud when the city traffic is heavy outside, but we don't mind. We’ve grown used to the noise and the pace of life here. We just keep doing our thing, day after day.
