If you drive down Mdh Road in Padi, you’ll find us right there. Wheels India Limited has been part of this neighborhood for a long time. It’s a busy road, and there’s always something going on outside our gates. Inside, the routine doesn’t change much from one day to the next. We have a lot of people coming in and out, mostly staff who have lived in the area for their whole lives. The warehouse can get pretty dusty, especially when the wind picks up, but that’s just part of being in an industrial zone. We don't have a lot of polished furniture or high-tech screens in the break room. Most of us just sit together and talk about what’s happening in town or how the local cricket team is doing. The work involves a lot of moving parts and making sure the counts are right. We aren't trying to be the biggest or the most famous place in the country. We just focus on getting the orders ready and loaded onto the trucks. Sometimes there’s a delay with the items coming in, and we have to adjust our schedule, which can be a bit of a headache. But that’s just how business goes. We stay late when we have to and leave early when things are quiet. It’s honest work, and we don't feel the need to dress it up with big, complicated words.
