We don't really spend time on fancy presentations. Most of our day is spent checking batches and making sure nothing leaves the gate that isn't up to the standard we expect from ourselves. The traffic on M T H Road can be a nightmare during shift changes, but that's just part of life here. We’re just a bunch of people who understand how friction materials work and how to manufacture them so they don't fail. We don't talk much about visions or goals; we just talk about the day's output. It’s a practical place for practical work. We’ve stayed in this location because it works for us and our workers. It is noisy and busy, but we get things done well enough.
