We spend most of our days at No. 286-B in the Sidco Industrial Estate over in Thirumudivakkam. It’s a busy spot, and we've been here for a while now working on ultrasonic tech. Most people who come by are looking for ways to weld or cut plastics and textiles without using heat or messy adhesives. We have some machines set up in the workshop where we test things out. It’s not a fancy office or anything like that. Just a practical space where we get things done. Sometimes the humidity gets to us, but the coffee machine keeps the team going. We mostly handle the Indian market for Rinco, making sure the equipment works like it should and helping out when something breaks down. Our technicians spend a lot of time on the road, visiting factories and checking on installations. It can be long hours, especially when a production line is stuck, but that’s just part of the job here. We don’t really do big advertisements. Most of our work comes from people knowing where we are and what we can do with sound waves and plastic. There’s a lot of metal and wires around the shop floor. It’s a bit noisy when the machines are running, but we've gotten used to it. We just focus on getting the settings right for whatever part a customer brings in. It’s honest work, and we like being part of the industrial community here in Chennai.
