If you’re looking for us, we’re tucked away at 4, Anna Street in Srinivasa Nagar, right over in Padi. Precitech Moulds Co. isn't a giant factory or anything like that. We’re a smaller outfit, mostly focused on getting the details of these moulds sorted out correctly. The shop gets pretty cramped with all the tools and the metal blocks waiting to be cut. There’s usually a radio playing somewhere in the back to help the day go by faster. We spend a lot of time hunched over benches or checking measurements. Making moulds is slow work, and you can’t really rush it without messing something up. Sometimes the lights flicker when the heavy equipment kicks in, but we’re used to it. The neighbors know us well by now since we've been on Anna Street for a bit. It’s a bit of a maze getting here if you don’t know the Padi area well. We don't have a fancy reception area or anyone to hand out brochures. Usually, you just walk in and find one of us covered in dust. It’s a quiet life mostly, just focused on the jobs we have on the table. We try to keep things simple. If a job is tough, we just stay a bit later to finish it. That’s how it works here. No big corporate meetings, just us and the metal tools.
