We have been operating out of 14/6 Thanthai Periyar Nagar for quite some time now. The shop is located in Kumananchavadi, which is a busy part of Poonamalle. It is a simple setup with high ceilings and a concrete floor that has seen a lot of use over the years. Most of our days are spent working with various metal parts and machines. It can get quite loud and dusty, but that is the nature of the work we do. There are a few of us here who have been working together for years, so we have a good rhythm going. We don't have a fancy office or a polished showroom. If you visit, you will likely see us in our work clothes, probably with a bit of oil or dirt on them. We usually start the day early to beat the afternoon heat as much as possible. There is a small tea shop nearby where we take our breaks and talk about the day's tasks. Poonamalle is a growing area, and we have seen a lot of changes around Kumananchavadi, but our shop remains pretty much the same. We just focus on getting the jobs done and making sure the parts we make are solid. It is a straightforward business without any of the big corporate talk. We are just local people doing our jobs in a practical way, day in and day out, at Thanthai Periyar Nagar.
