We are M/S. Rinco Ultasonics India Pvt. Ltd., and you can find us at Plot No. 286-B in the Sidco Industrial Estate over in Thirumudivakkam. This estate is pretty big, so it takes a minute to find the right turn if you aren't used to it. The building is a standard industrial unit, nothing fancy to look at. We deal with ultrasonic stuff, which sounds complicated but it’s just our daily grind. The workshop floor is where most of the action happens. We have benches set up with different tools and parts scattered around. It’s not always the tidiest place, but we know where everything is. The guys in the back have been doing this for a long time. We try to keep things moving along, even when parts are delayed or the weather makes everything feel sluggish. Lunchtime is usually when it gets a bit lively, everyone sitting together and sharing food. We don’t spend much time on marketing or trying to look bigger than we are. We’re just a small outfit in a busy industrial hub. Sometimes the rain floods the street a bit, and we have to move things away from the door. It’s just part of being here. We focus on the machines and making sure things work the way they’re supposed to before they head out the door. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday without fail.
