Auto Parts Asia Private Limited

We are based out of Unit 1 in the Gem & Jewellery Complex within the MEPZ-SEZ area of Tambaram. Even though the complex name mentions jewelry, our work at Auto Parts Asia Private Limited is all about car components. It is a bit of an interesting mix in this zone. The security at the SEZ is pretty tight, so there is always a process just to get in and out every day. Our unit is basically a large workspace where we handle the assembly and distribution of various auto parts. It is not a fancy setup. We have desks for the paperwork and plenty of floor space for the inventory. Most of us live nearby in the Tambaram area, so the commute is not too bad. The atmosphere inside is usually quite busy. We have shipments coming in from different places and others heading out to customers. We do not use a lot of big words or corporate talk. We just focus on making sure the part numbers match and the quality is okay before anything leaves the dock. Some days we are running behind and everyone has to pitch in to catch up. Other days are a bit quieter. It is just the reality of the parts business. We have been in this unit for a while and have a good handle on how the SEZ regulations work. It is just us doing our daily tasks and trying to stay organized.
