UNIVERSAL HEAT TRANSFER

Our office is over in New Panvel, specifically at the Shaffron Premises. It's on the second floor, room 201. Being in Sector-1 is handy because it’s easy for people to find us once they get into the area. Raigad is a big district, but this corner of New Panvel is where we’ve set up shop. UNIVERSAL HEAT TRANSFER deals with exactly what the name says. We spend a lot of time looking at designs and talking to folks about their heating and cooling needs. It’s not the most exciting work to some, but it's what we know how to do. The office isn't too large, but it fits us just fine. We have a few desks and a lot of papers scattered around usually. Sometimes the coffee machine works, sometimes it doesn't. We just try to keep things moving. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation with a hundred branches. We just like doing our job well right here in Panvel. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a local feel. If you're around Plot 11, you might see us heading out for lunch. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phones and getting things shipped out. It gets busy during certain months, but we manage to stay on top of things. We just try to be fair with everyone who walks through the door. It’s a simple way of doing business that seems to work for us.
