Rudra Herbal Remedies

Working out of an apartment in Talegaon is different than having a big store on the main road. It is a bit more personal here. We spend our time with various herbs, roots, and powders. The whole place usually smells like dried leaves and something earthy. We don't have big industrial machines, mostly just small grinders and scales to weigh everything out. We spend hours sitting at a small table, sorting through the raw materials to make sure there are no stones or dirt mixed in with the plants. It is slow work and your hands get stained from the natural colors of the herbs. We pack things into small bottles or pouches and label them by hand. It is quiet work mostly, punctuated by the sound of the grinder now and then. Sometimes neighbors stop by to ask what that smell is or what we are working on. We aren't some giant pharmaceutical company. We just prepare these remedies based on what we know. The balcony is often full of trays where things are drying out in the sun. It is a humble setup, but it works for what we do. We keep our records in a simple ledger and keep the stock on wooden shelves we put up ourselves. It is just us doing our thing in a regular residential building, trying to get the mixes right every time someone needs something.
