Sai Shakti Digital Photo Studio

Our studio, Sai Shakti Digital Photo Studio, sits right on Talegaon Station Road. Being so close to the General Hospital means there is always something going on outside our door. We see people coming in for all sorts of reasons, like needing a quick photo for a form or wanting to get something framed for their house. The studio itself is a bit small, with the backdrop taking up most of the space and the lights standing in the corners. We’ve got a little desk where we do the editing and printing. It can get pretty hot in here with all the studio lights on, so we usually have the fan running at full speed. Sometimes the kids who come in for school photos are a bit nervous, so we have to spend some time making them laugh. We don’t have a lot of fancy decorations on the walls, just some samples of our work so people can see what we do. The printer has its own personality and sometimes needs a bit of a nudge to keep going. It’s a busy life on Station Road but we wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years from our front window. It’s just us here, taking pictures and trying to make sure everyone leaves with what they needed. We also help out with some older photos that need a bit of work.
