About Krupa Ice Cream Parlour – Food & Beverages in Talaja
Krupa Ice Cream Parlour is located right near the Swaminarayan Temple here in Taluka-Gadhada. Being so close to the temple means we see a lot of people every day, especially during festivals or on weekends. It’s a small shop, but it stays quite active. We have a few benches outside where people sit after they finish their prayers. My uncle started this place, and I’ve been helping out for years now. We don't have a huge menu, just the staples that people like to eat. Sometimes the kids from the neighborhood come in after school for a quick treat. It gets a bit dusty on the road sometimes, but we try to keep the glass clean. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here at Krupa Ice Cream Parlour. It’s just about serving a scoop or two to someone who wants a break. The temple bells are a constant sound in the background while we work. I spend a lot of time checking the temperatures in the freezer. If one breaks, we’re in trouble. Gadhada is a quiet enough place most of the time, and we like it that way. We know most of our customers by name. It’s not a fancy corporate setup. It’s just us, the ice cream, and the people passing by the temple. We do our best to keep things simple and honest. If you’re walking near the temple, you can’t really miss us. We’re just there, doing our job.
