Alliance Minerals Private Limited is out at Plot No: 171 in the IDA, quite close to Tada. Being in the Industrial Development Area means we’re surrounded by other warehouses and factories, so there’s always something going on nearby. Our place is more about the raw side of things. We deal with minerals, and that means a lot of big bags, piles of raw material, and heavy machinery. It isn't a place where you'd come to buy a pretty tile for your kitchen. It’s more industrial than that. We spend our time checking the loads coming in from the mines and making sure everything is stored properly. The weather out here near Tada can get really hot, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the morning. Our office is just a small room with some chairs and a desk covered in paperwork. We don't have a receptionist or anything like that. If you come by, one of the guys from the yard will probably come over to see what you need. It’s a very practical environment. We focus on getting the materials moved and keeping the trucks on schedule. There’s a lot of grit and dust, which is just part of the job when you work with minerals. We've been here for a while and we know the local logistics pretty well by now.
