This place is out in Jp Gudem, which is part of Chilkur. Our address is H.No. 4-24 and it’s been the same for as long as I can remember. Jp Gudem is the village, Chilkur is the mandal, and it is all here in the district. T.S. is where we are located. Being in a village means things move a bit slower than in the city. You get to know everyone who passes by. Sirisha Banothu is the name on the papers, but to most people, we are just the neighbors down the road. The work is steady but it isn't always easy. We have to deal with the power cuts sometimes, which can be a real pain when you have things to finish. The surroundings are mostly green fields and open sky, which is nice when you need to take a break and step outside. We don't have any fancy signs or big glass windows. It is just a practical setup that works for what we do. We spend a lot of time just talking to the local people and seeing what they need. There is always a bit of dust because of the roads, so cleaning is a never-ending job here. We just take it one day at a time and try to keep things moving. It is a quiet existence but it is ours. We are just happy to be part of the community here and keep the work going every single day. There isn't much else to say, it is just what we do.
