Maha Cement

Down here on Narayanapuram Main Road in Nalgonda, we’ve got our setup for Maha Cement at number 22. It’s a pretty straightforward place. We are right on the main road, so it’s easy to spot us if you’re driving through Narayanagudem. The sun really hits the front of the building in the afternoon, which makes it a bit warm inside, but we’ve got some fans going to keep the air moving. Most of our work involves coordinating with the drivers and making sure the cement bags are stored properly away from any dampness. Nalgonda is a place where you get to know people over time, and we’ve built some good relationships with the regulars. The yard gets a bit crowded when we have more than two trucks at once, but we manage to sort it out. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything. It’s just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of bags. We’ve been here long enough that we don’t really need to explain much to anyone. Everyone knows what we do. Sometimes the road gets dusty when the wind picks up, which is common around here. We spend a lot of time cleaning the shelves and making sure the place stays somewhat presentable. It’s just us and the work, day in and day out. We take pride in just being reliable and showing up every morning to open the shutters.
