Anumulapuri Nagaiah.

You can find me at H.No. 3-5 in the village of Anajipuram, which is over in Penpahad. Like many people in this part of the state, my work is tied closely to the land and the local community. I go by Anumulapuri Nagaiah, and I’ve been at this same address for years. It’s a small house, and the front porch is where most of my business gets done. People come by to talk about various things, and we usually sit on the bench outside. It’s not a formal place. I don’t wear a suit or have a secretary. I just keep my own notes and try to stay on top of what needs doing. The weather really dictates how my day goes. If it’s too hot, we stay in the shade, and if it’s raining, everything just waits. Anajipuram is a quiet place for the most part, except when it’s harvest time and the tractors are moving around. I like the quiet. It gives me time to think and get my work done without too many distractions. My hands have seen a lot of hard work over the years, and they show it. I don’t have a big sign out front or anything promotional. Everyone in Penpahad knows where I live if they need to see me. It’s a straightforward life without any of the extra polish you see in the cities. I just take each day as it comes and do my part for the neighbors.
