Yog Engineers

Yog Engineers is based out of the Bhagyoday Ciramic Compound. We are in Shop No. 7 in the Aambavadi area. It is an industrial compound, so it is mostly made of concrete and metal. Our shop isn't very big, but it is packed with all the tools and parts we need for our engineering work. There is usually a thin layer of grease on the workbenches and the smell of oil in the air most days. We do not have a fancy office for meeting clients; usually, we just talk right there in the shop or step outside into the yard if it is too noisy inside. The compound can get quite crowded with vehicles and deliveries, so things feel a bit cramped sometimes. We have been here for a good few years now. Most of our day is spent fixing things or working on small fabrication projects that people bring in. It is greasy, heavy work, and our clothes usually show it by the time we finish our shift. We do not bother with a lot of paperwork or digital systems if we can help it; a simple ledger and a pen usually do the trick for us. The other shops in the compound are mostly run by people we have known for a long time, so there is a good sense of community. We are not looking to expand into some huge company. We just like doing the work and keeping the machines running.
