Ghansyam Industries

If you head down to Phase - 4 of the Gidc Estate, you’ll find us at Plot No. 2803. Ghansyam Industries is a relatively small operation compared to some of the giants nearby, but we keep busy. The building is a bit older, and the paint is peeling in some corners, but the equipment inside works just fine. We spend most of our time on the shop floor. There isn’t much of a front office to speak of, just a desk where the logbooks stay. We’ve had the same staff for a long time, and we all know how the machines sound when they’re running right. Every day is pretty much the same routine. We show up, check the supplies, and start the day's run. Sometimes the power goes out in the estate and we have to wait it out, which gives us a chance to sit outside and chat for a bit. It’s a very local feel here. We know the guys at the tea stall down the road and the drivers who come by every week. We don't use fancy computer systems for everything; a lot of it is still done with paper and a pen. It’s a bit old-fashioned, maybe, but it works for us. We just want to get the work finished and make sure it’s done right. Dealing with regular people and simple orders is what keeps us going through the week.
