You can find us on Station Road, right near the Deepmala Shopping Center. We are in Shop No. 5 and 6, which isn't a huge space, but we pack a lot into it. Being so close to the station means there is always a lot of foot traffic and noise outside. We open up early in the morning just as the first crowds start moving, and we don't really slow down until the evening. The agency is mostly about keeping track of stock and helping customers who stop in for whatever they need. We have shelves lining every wall, and sometimes it feels like we are running out of room, but we know where everything is. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who have worked together for a while. We know a lot of the regulars by name because they stop in on their way home from work. It’s a busy life being on Station Road, and you never know who is going to walk through the door next. We spend a lot of time on our feet, moving boxes or talking to suppliers on the phone. The shop doesn't have fancy lights or a modern design; it’s just a regular local business trying to do things right. We just try to stay organized and keep the shelves full so nobody leaves empty-handed. It’s a bit cramped, but it’s our space and we like it just fine.
