Skp Bearing Industries

Skp Bearing Industries is located out at Plot No. 1409 in Phase-Iv of the GIDC in Wadhawan City. If you know the area, you know it's a lot of dust and a lot of manufacturing. We spend our time working with bearings, which are small but keep everything else moving. The factory floor is where most of the life is. You’ll hear the clinking of metal parts all day. We have guys who have been with us since the beginning, and they know the sound of a machine that’s running well versus one that’s about to give trouble. Wadhawan City gets very hot, and inside the shed, it feels even hotter some days. We don't have a fancy corporate office. It’s a practical space where we keep the finished stock and the raw materials. Usually, the phone is ringing with someone asking about a delivery or a specific size of bearing they need for their own factory. We try to keep things organized, but in a busy shop, there’s always a bit of a mess somewhere. We eat lunch together in the small break area, mostly talking about the cricket score or the traffic on the highway. It is a simple operation, really. We make sure the parts are right and we get them packed up in boxes for the trucks that come by in the evening. It’s just how we do things every day without needing any big speeches or slogans.
