Shivam Kheti Vikas Kendra is situated in the Marketing Yaad within the Gidc Industrial Area. We are right near the Mandi, which is the center of everything for us. Every morning, you can see the farmers bringing their carts and the wholesalers looking for deals. Our location in Gidc means we are surrounded by small factories and warehouses. It’s not a pretty area, but it’s where all the real work gets done. We focus on agricultural development, helping out with what the local farmers need. The air is always full of the sound of engines and the dust from the dirt tracks nearby. We have a simple shop floor where we keep our supplies. There’s no air conditioning, just a couple of ceiling fans that hum all day. We spend a lot of time talking to the people who come in from the Mandi. They usually have a lot of questions about their crops. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just share what we’ve learned over the years. The Gidc area can be a maze if you don't know your way around, but everyone knows the Mandi, so we just tell them to head that way. We are just a small part of the big agricultural cycle here. We keep our prices fair and our doors open as long as there’s work to do. It’s not glamorous, but it’s our life and we’ve grown to love the daily bustle.
