S M Industries

We are based out of Phase 2 in Wadhwan, right near the M.R.S Bearings building. It's an industrial area so it’s always a bit noisy with all the machines running. We’ve been at S M Industries for a good number of years now. Most of the guys here have been with us since the start. We mostly do manufacturing work and the day usually starts pretty early around here. It's dusty and loud but that's just part of the job. We don't have a big corporate office or anything like that, just a desk in the corner of the workshop. Sometimes it's hard to hear the phone when the big units are running. We just focus on making sure the parts are right before they leave the door. It’s a lot of manual work and we take our time with it to make sure it's done right. We don't really use fancy computer systems for everything, we still write a lot of stuff down in ledgers. It works for us though. Wadhwan has a lot of factories like ours so we know most of our neighbors. If you’re coming to see us, just look for the M.R.S Bearings sign and we are right nearby. We just keep our heads down and keep working. There’s always something that needs fixing or a new order to start on. We don't put on airs or try to be something we aren't. It is just a regular factory making regular things. Everyone just does their part.
