Pratibha Gruva Udhag

You will find us over at the Mahalazmi Complex in Kodariya. It’s not the biggest place, but it’s where we do all our work. Pratibha Gruva Udhag is a small-scale setup where we focus on making our products day by day. The complex has several other businesses, so there is always some activity going on in the hallways. We have been here for a long time, and the space has become very familiar to us. It is filled with our equipment and materials, so it feels a bit tight when we have a full crew working. We don't have a big sign out front, just the name on the door. Most people in Kodariya know us through word of mouth. We don't do any big advertising or anything. We just wake up, come to the shop, and start the production. It can be repetitive work, but we find a rhythm in it. The lighting isn't the best, especially in the rainy season when the clouds are heavy. We just keep a lamp at the main workbench. We take our breaks together and talk about the local weather or whatever is happening in the news. It is a very basic operation without any corporate fluff. We aren't looking to expand into a giant company. We just want to keep making things the way we know how. It’s a honest living for us.
