Krupa Sales

Krupa Sales is based in Shop No.-12 inside the Jintan Udhyognagar Complex. This is an industrial area, so the atmosphere is very different from a regular shopping street. There’s always the sound of machinery and trucks moving around. We provide various supplies and parts that the local workshops and factories need. It’s not a place for browsing; people usually come in knowing exactly what bolt or tool they are looking for. We keep our inventory organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it looks like a lot of boxes to everyone else. Being in Jintan Udhyognagar Complex means we work with a lot of tradespeople. We’ve built up a good relationship with the other businesses in the complex over the years. We don’t bother with fancy displays or polished floors. Our focus is on having the stock ready when someone’s machine breaks down and they need a replacement part right away. It’s a practical business for a practical part of town. We open the shop early to catch the morning shift and stay until the work is done. Sometimes it’s quiet, and we spend time counting stock, and other times it’s a rush of people needing things all at once. We just handle it as it comes. It’s a straightforward way of working, and we wouldn't have it any other way. Shop No.-12 has been our base for a long time.
