Nirmal Rubber Industries

It is usually quite hot here in Surendranagar, especially when the machines are running all day at Nirmal Rubber Industries. Our place is located at 40-45 in the Udyognagar area, just off Jintan Road. If you walk inside, the first thing you notice is that smell of raw rubber which never really goes away no matter how much we vent the place. We have been working out of this spot for a long time now. It is not a fancy office with air conditioning in every corner, just a practical workspace where we get things done. Most days are spent looking at orders and making sure the production line does not hit any snags. The floors are a bit scuffed from moving heavy stuff around, and there is always some dust from the industrial estate outside. We know the neighbors around Udyognagar pretty well since we all deal with the same power cuts and heat. People just drop by when they need something made or if they want to check on their batch. We do not spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings. It is mostly about keeping the machinery maintained and ensuring the staff has what they need to finish the day's work. It is a loud place when everything is running, but that is just how a rubber business in this part of town usually is. We just focus on the daily tasks and getting the boxes out.
