We’ve been based out here in Dhangadhra for quite a while now. If you head into the Surendranagar district, you’ll eventually find us. It’s a bit of a trek for some, but this is where the work gets done. Dcw Ltd. isn't some glass-tower company. We are right here on the ground, dealing with the heat and the dust like everyone else. Our days start pretty early. You can hear the sounds of the plant before you even see the main gate. It is a local place, really. A lot of the people who work here grew up just a few miles away. We don’t spend much time on fancy talk or long meetings that don’t lead anywhere. Most of the time, we’re just making sure the machinery is running and the shipments are going out on time. It gets busy, especially during the middle of the week, but we manage. People know us in this part of Gujarat because we’ve been a fixture for so long. We just focus on our daily tasks and try to do a decent job of it. There is always something that needs fixing or a schedule to keep up with. That’s just how it is at Dcw Ltd. We don't have a big marketing department writing things for us. It’s just us, the local crew in Dhangadhra, keeping the wheels turning day after day. It is hard work, but it is what we know.
