Blu Holiday

Our office is situated in Surendranagar, right across from the old power houses. If you know where Harshad G H is, then we are very easy to find. It is a pretty standard setup here. We handle travel arrangements for people who need to get from one place to another. Most of our day is spent looking at computer screens, trying to find available seats on trains or buses for our neighbors. It isn't a high-pressure environment, but it gets busy during the holiday seasons when everyone wants to leave town at the same time. The office itself is modest. We have a few chairs for people to sit in while we sort out their tickets. Sometimes the power goes out, or the internet connection gets a bit flaky, which is just part of life here in this part of Gujarat. We aren't some big national chain with hundreds of employees. It's just a few of us who know the local routes and the best ways to get things booked. We drink plenty of tea throughout the day and chat with the people who drop by. People usually come in with a lot of questions about prices and timings, and we do our best to find the answers in the system. It’s a simple, local business. We keep regular hours and try to make sure the paperwork is handled correctly so nobody gets stuck at the station when they are supposed to be leaving.
