We are located at Survey No 69 and 91 in Gugliyana. That’s in the Thangadh area, which is pretty well known for ceramic production in Gujarat. We are Aashtha Ceramic Private Limited. We aren't based in a city office; we are right where the work happens. Our place is more of a facility than a suite. There is always a lot going on with the manufacturing and moving of goods. Thangadh is a place where you see a lot of smoke and dust, but it’s where the industry is. We deal with ceramics, so our days are filled with checking pieces and managing shipments. It’s physical and it can get quite hot near the equipment. We don't have a big corporate team with suits. We are usually in regular clothes and focus on the practical side of things. The office part of our building is just a small room with some tables and a computer to keep track of orders. We’ve been in Gugliyana for quite some time now. We know the local rhythms and the people who work in this trade. We don't spend money on fancy marketing or anything. We just make sure the ceramic products are ready and the trucks are loaded properly. It’s a lot of long hours, especially when there’s a big order to finish. We just keep at it.
