Newage Industries

Our place is located in the Ambawadi Industrial State, which is exactly where you’d expect a business like Newage Industries to be. It’s a busy zone with lots of trucks moving in and out, and the air always smells a bit like oil and metal. We have a decent sized unit here. It’s not brand new, but it holds all our machinery just fine. We show up early, get the lights on, and start the machines. It gets quite loud once everything is running, so we don’t talk much during the shift. You get used to the noise after a while. The walls have a bit of grime from the years of work, but that’s just how industrial states are. We focus on getting the production runs finished on time. There isn't any fancy lobby or a receptionist here. If you come by, you’ll probably find one of us covered in a bit of dust near the back. We take our lunch sitting on the crates sometimes if the break room feels too full. It’s a straightforward way to make a living. We don't try to be anything we aren't. Being in Ambawadi means we are close to other suppliers, which really helps when we run out of something important. It’s a practical location for the kind of heavy work we do every single day. We just keep the doors open and get the orders out as fast as we can. (247 words)
