Operating out of Vrindavan Society Street No. 2, near the Rupali Ba Mandir, is a bit different than being in a big commercial park. It’s more of a residential neighborhood, so it’s quieter here than in the center of town. I started this business under my own name, Mankeshwar Balkrishna Sontakke, and I’ve been working from this location for quite some time now. You can usually find me at my desk near the window, watching the neighbors go by while I handle the daily work. It’s a small operation, and I like it that way because I can keep an eye on every detail myself. I don't have a team of managers or a big office staff. When you call or visit, you’re talking directly to me. The area is peaceful, though it gets a bit busy when people visit the mandir nearby. I deal with various trade requirements and paperwork, mostly helping out local contacts with their needs. There’s no corporate ladder here, just me trying to make a decent living and doing a good job for the people who trust me. My office is simple—just some books, a computer, and my records. I don’t see the need for much else. It’s an honest, quiet way to run a business, and I plan to keep it that way for as long as I can.
