We are set up at 28, GIDC Estate. It’s a typical industrial area, so there’s a lot of metal and concrete around. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our shop floor is usually pretty busy with machines running throughout the day. It’s not the quietest place to work, but we like the sound of things getting made. We handle industrial parts and manufacturing. It’s greasy work sometimes. Our hands are rarely clean by the end of the shift. We have a small crew of guys who know how to handle the equipment. We don't have a big HR department or fancy offices. Most of us just hang out in the breakroom when we have a minute to spare. We focus on making sure the orders are cut right and the dimensions are spot on. If a machine breaks down, we usually just fix it ourselves. That’s just how we do things at the estate. The sun gets pretty hot on the tin roof during the summer months, but we have some old fans to keep the air moving. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do a decent job for the people who buy from us. It’s a simple life, working with our hands and seeing the finished products go out on the trucks every evening. It feels good to see something finished.
