Essar Construction (I) Ltd

Our little office in Wadhwan sits right at 13-Trabakeshwar Nagar, which is convenient because the Commerce College is just across the road. Surendra Nagar is a hot place, so we try to get most of the heavy work done early in the morning before the sun gets too high. Essar Construction (I) Ltd has been around this part of Gujarat for some time. We are not big on flashy signs or polished marble floors in the office. It is mostly just a place to keep the tools and talk to the site supervisors. Dealing with suppliers for sand and bricks is a daily chore that never really ends. We have had the same group of guys working with us for a long time, which helps when things get complicated on a job. Every project has its own set of headaches, like a machine breaking down or a late shipment of rebar. We just take it as it comes and try to stay on schedule. The neighborhood around the college is always busy with students, so there is plenty of noise outside our door. Inside, it is mostly just the sound of a fan humming and someone shouting into a mobile phone about a concrete pour. We do not spend much on advertising because word of mouth usually keeps us busy enough. It is plain work, but it keeps the lights on and the families fed.
