A-One Travels has its home in Surendranagar Ho. We are right in the middle of Surendra Nagar, which is a busy spot in Gujarat. We’ve been running this travel desk for quite some time now. It’s a small office where we handle all sorts of travel bookings. It gets quite busy during the peak seasons when everyone wants to go on vacation or visit their relatives. We spend a lot of our time looking at schedules and talking to transport providers. It’s a lot of back-and-forth work, but we are used to it by now. The office is pretty basic, just some desks and chairs and a lot of paperwork. We don't have any corporate training or anything like that; we just learned by doing the work every day. Surendranagar is our home, and we like being part of the local economy here. People stop by to chat even when they aren't booking anything, which is nice. We try to keep things simple for everyone who walks in. There’s no fancy jargon or complicated processes here. If there’s a bus or a train you need to catch, we do what we can to help you get a spot. It’s just us trying to make a living and helping our neighbors get from point A to point B. It’s not always easy, especially when things get crowded, but we just keep at it day by day and hope for the best.
