L. S. Contractor

Our office is right opposite the Sub Jail in Ward No-10. L. S. Contractor has been working from this spot for a long time. It’s a bit of a strange landmark, but it makes us easy to find. We do a lot of the local building work, mostly small renovations and repairs for people in the neighborhood. The office is just a simple room with a few chairs and a lot of folders. We spend half our time here and the other half out at various sites. It’s often loud outside with the traffic going past the jail, but we don't pay it much mind anymore. Sometimes people drop by to ask for a quote or just to see if we have time for a new project. We are usually pretty booked up, but we try to help out when we can. The walls are covered in old photos of projects we finished years ago. It’s a bit dusty in here because we are always bringing in sand or cement on our boots. We don’t do any big fancy marketing; we just rely on people talking to their neighbors. It’s a steady life and we know most of the people on this street. We keep the hours regular, though sometimes we stay late to finish up paperwork. There is always something to fix or build, so we don't have many slow days around here.
