If you’re walking down Ghoddod Road in Surat, you’ll find us in the West Field Complex, right across from St. Xavier's School. The traffic is a nightmare when the school gets out, but we’re usually stuck inside GF-28 anyway. Most of our day is spent dealing with migration papers and trying to understand the latest rules from different countries. It’s a lot of reading and a lot of typing. We’ve got a small team, and we all know each other well. We don't have any fancy posters on the walls about success or anything like that. We just have maps and stacks of folders everywhere. People come to us because they want to move their families or start a job somewhere else. We just sit down with them and go through the long list of documents they need to collect. Sometimes the process takes months, and we have to keep checking the mail and the websites for updates. It’s a lot of waiting and hoping the government officials don't find a tiny mistake on page ten of a form. We aren't a big city firm with glass walls and expensive coffee machines. We’re just a local office in Surat where we know the tea guy by name and he knows exactly how we like it. We just try to keep things moving so people don't get stuck in the red tape for too long. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from the morning until we lock up in the evening.
