We are located on the second floor of the Avalon Commercial Hub, which is in the Katargam area of Surat. Specifically, Ynh International Traders Private occupies office 220. If you look at the technical address, it’s Sy No-89/2, Fp-82, but most people just know the hub. Katargam is always buzzing with activity, especially with the diamond and textile trades around here. Being in a commercial hub like Avalon means there’s a lot of energy in the building. You’re always seeing people moving boxes or heading to meetings. Our office is just a standard room where we keep our records and manage our trading activities. We have a few desks and a place to sit when guests come by, which isn’t all that often since most of our business happens over the phone or online. Surat is a city that never really sleeps, and you can feel that when you’re working here. The second floor is busy enough that you never feel isolated. We like the hustle. It’s not a quiet library environment; it’s a place where things get done. We don't spend money on expensive art for the walls or plush carpets. We’d rather spend that on making the business run better. It’s a functional space for functional people. We’ve been part of this Surat business community for a bit now, and we’re happy with where we are. We just keep working through the daily list.
