White Shade Architects

Our office is in the World Trade Centre on Ring Road, specifically units 6015 and 6016. We are in the Rustampura area, right by Udhna Darwaja. It’s a very central location, so it’s easy to get to, though the parking can be a bit of a headache sometimes. White Shade Architects is where we handle all our design work. The building is big and has a lot of other businesses, so there’s always a lot of energy in the hallways and elevators. Our space is mostly taken up by big tables where we can spread out drawings. We do a lot of work in the city, so we’re often running out to meetings or site visits. The office can get quiet when everyone is out, or really loud when we’re all debating a layout. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just want to get the buildings right. We spend a lot of time on the computer doing CAD work, which can be tiring for the eyes. There’s always a stack of drawings that need to be signed or checked. We’ve been in this building for a bit now and we like being near the heart of the trade district. It feels like we are in the middle of everything. We just keep our heads down, work on the projects we have, and try to make sure everything is built according to the plan we made.
