Vishal M Kheradia

Most of my day is spent at 301 B, right where Ghod Dod Road meets CBI Road. It’s a busy intersection, so there’s always something to look at out the window if I’m bored. Vishal M Kheradia is the name on the door, and this is where we handle the daily grind. The office isn't huge, but it fits what we need. We have a couple of desks, a few chairs for visitors, and a lot of folders stacked in the corner. Sometimes I feel like we spend more time looking for lost pens than actually working. The air conditioner is a bit old and takes forever to cool the room down in the summer. We get a mix of people coming in—some are regulars and some are just lost looking for the CBI office nearby. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here sometimes, especially when the lift is acting up. We keep a stash of biscuits in the drawer for when the afternoon slump hits. The view of Ghod Dod Road is actually quite nice when the sun starts to set, though the traffic noise never really stops. We don’t have a big staff, just a tight group that knows how to get things done. It’s a straightforward setup. No fancy lobby or uniforms. Just a place where we put in the hours and try to keep things moving forward despite the usual daily chaos.
