We are situated at L-5 in Mohan Complex, right by the Kadodara Char Rasta near National Highway No 8. It’s a busy spot because of the highway traffic. We sell autoparts for various vehicles. The shop is packed from floor to ceiling with boxes and metal components. It smells like rubber and oil in here, which you get used to after a while. Most of our customers are mechanics or people whose cars have broken down nearby. Being near the highway means we see a lot of people in a hurry. We try to find the right part as fast as we can, but sometimes digging through the shelves takes a moment. We aren't a big showroom; it’s more of a warehouse feel. The floor is a bit stained and the desk is covered in old catalogs. We don't have a fancy computer system for everything, so we still rely on memory and some handwritten notes quite a bit. It’s a noisy location with the trucks rumbled by on Highway 8 all day long. We’ve been in this complex for a good few years now. Sometimes we don't have a specific part in stock and have to order it from the city, which takes a day or two. We just tell people the truth about how long it will take. It’s a straightforward business, no frills, just selling parts to keep people moving. We are just a local autoparts shop doing our work.
