We started Vink Lifestyles Llp at this spot in Laxmi Narayan Industrial Estate because we needed the room. Having five plots, from D/148 to D/152, gives us a lot of ground to cover on the first floor. It is located in Chorasi, which is part of the larger Surat area in Gujarat. When you walk into the estate, it feels like every other industrial hub with the trucks and the noise, but once you get up to the first floor, it’s just our space. We have a lot of stuff moving in and out, so the extra plot numbers really help with the storage and the desk work. We don't have any fancy receptionists or glass walls. It is just some rooms with desks and a lot of product around. Most of us have been working here for quite a while now. We know the neighbors and the local tea stall. It is a very practical way to run things. Surat is known for being a hub for this kind of work, so we fit right in. Sometimes the fans are a bit loud and the hallways get dusty, but that is just how it is in an industrial estate. We keep our heads down and focus on the daily chores. Being in Chorasi means we are out of the main city traffic but still close enough to get everything we need for the business to keep going. It’s just our place.
